Analytics Tool
This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that allow a user to be recognised across pages for the analysis of user behaviour. The information collected by Matomo about how this website is used will be stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before storage.
With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about how website visitors use our website. This enables us to find out, among other things, which pages were viewed and when. We also collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions.
The use of this analysis tool is done in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO (GDPR). The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to storing cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (a) DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
Withdrawal, Modification, Rectification and Update
The users have the right to obtain, free of charge, information about the personal data stored about them. In addition, the users have the right to rectification of inaccurate data, to blocking and erasure of their personal data, insofar as this is compatible with statutory data retention periods.

"IHRWork.space Hietzing" is part of the Néxudus Spaces service and it is covered by the exact same Privacy Policy.
Location Data: IHRWork.space accesses your location data for the following purposes. Nexudus Spaces does not store this data in any way.
- Low Energy Bluetooth scanning, to allow you to open locks and interact with tablets throughout the space by tapping your device on them.
- Enabling the use of Automation Tiles to run actions such as check-in, placing or terminating bookings, or unlocking doors.
This data is still used when the app is not in foreground, so these actions can be triggered at any time. Location data is not saved by the app.
